Best jeweller in tooting for selling gold. I went to three jewellers on the high street and Western gave me the best price. But it was the lovely lady (owner I think) who was very helpful and friendly. I also a bought a lovely chain for my daughter.
We are not satisfied with their customer service. We went to their shops couple of times and every time we received poor service. We placed an order for a ring in Sept and we are advised by the staff that the ring will be ready in 4 weeks time. But we got it after 4 months (instead of 4 weeks). We called and asked about the delay and they gave lame excuses such as we are busy and all. Also they overcharged for it without proper explanation. They should improve their service skills and the staff needs to have product knowledge. Waste of time.!
