1 star is too generous Someone should get this place shut down. I came in here to buy a gold nose ring which cost me £40. I asked the women if they did ring resizing for me engagement ring because it’s slightly big for me. She then gave me the dirtiest look and started insulting me and telling me my ring was not a real diamond! I was completely shocked that someone in this industry would be so awful and offensive! The fact she was telling me my ring wasn’t real and when I asked her why she thinks that she said that she ‘can just tell’. She then compared my ring to costume jewellery, I have no words. Absolutely appalled by the level of service in this place, disgusting experience from a very jealous women! Beware if you have a ring over 1 carat it’s authenticity will be questioned because you didn’t buy it from them!! Judging by the previous reviews, I’m worried if the nose ring I bout is even real gold!! She couldn’t recognise a real diamond, I highly doubt she knows gold
Scammers . They sell cheap gold jewelries which break easily. They refuse to exchange or refunds. Please don’t go there or you will regret it just like I am. Their customer service is Appalling and they are just rude people in general . they need to close down. Don’t buy. let their business sink
Please if you ever buy gold from this shop, Make sure you double check, if your gold is gold for real, ask for a momentum gold test. I've neen scammed worth £250 (A 22c FAKE GOLD - bracelet, which actually was supposed to be a gift for my nieces's birthday. THEIR BRACELET WAS DOUBLE CHECKED AND THE RESULT WAS - BRACELET IT'S NOT GOLDEN AT ALL.
Don't order anything from this place. Terrible customer service. Ordered a chain for my daughter and they didn't do the name pendant correctly. Shop was closed and they didn't bother to let me know when I came twice to try and collect the necklace. Seriously you will be wasting your money if you order any jewellery from here.
