He explained it to me in plain English and checked throughout the process that I understood what was happening. He offered advice about my jewellery and offered a good price for the pieces I wanted to sell. I felt no pressure to sell the pieces I wanted to keep. I recently purchased my wedding ring from Minar Jewellers and was very impressed with their service. I was a bit unsure about buying a £700 22ct gold ring on line but based on their reviews I went ahead. I am so pleased that I did! I was on a very tight timetable so spoke to the store and they couldn't do enough to help, they ensured that my ring was made and hallmarked in record time and sent it to me on time. Unfortunately due to weight training and the hot weather my ring size changed, panicked I called Minar Jewellers and they were very obliging, they advised me to send the ring back immediately and they would try to stretch up 2 sizes failing that they committed to quickly make another one and would ensure that I had my ring back before my wedding in 10 days. Reassured I sent the ring back and they were able resize and got back to me within, 3 days. I would highly recommend using this Jewellers, they are professional, supportive and genuinely decent people who will go out of their way to provide a positive experience and provide high quality goods , the ring is lovely.
