My girlfriend and I are currently buying through Foxtons Earlsfield, and they’ve been great every step of the way. Tom, who took us around our new property has been amazing. Personable, transparent and just a good human! Being new to the property ladder, the whole process can be very daunting. Tom has made the whole experience enjoyable and it’s been a pleasure to have him on side through this whole process. I’d highly recommend this Foxtons branch to anyone buying or selling a property.
I was shown round a property by Morgen. Morgen was on time to the viewing and was professional yet personable while showing the property, having all of the answers to any questions I had. Morgen gave me excellent advice on the next steps and made sure the information was passed on quickly and effectively. Sophie Hunter was in touch within the hour to ask for more details, she was lovely on the phone and didn't rush us for information. She then passed the information onto the landlord and we had our offer accepted 90 minutes after viewing the property. It has been the smoothest experience of renting I have ever had and I would highly recommend Foxtons Earlsfield branch. Thank you Morgen and Sophie for all of your help!
Tom at Foxtons has been great! Really helpful, responsive, friendly and flexible throughout this whole process. He swiftly arranged viewings and had all the information I needed to hand! Would recommend and happily use him again.
It's been the worst experience in my life so far with an estate agency. I've moved to the property almost two months now with terrible maintenance issues that are threatening our own safety living in the house. The communication with the property management has been horrific so far and our emails have been ignored completely. Do you think foxtons can rent properties with broken oven, Windows that they're not closing at all, broken fridges and wardrobes almost ready to collapse? At least unacceptable! If there was an option for a zero star review,/ it would be all yours!!!
I had a very positive experience with this branch of Foxtons. I dealt with Morgen pre and post my viewings, and her communications were always prompt, professional and helpful. Angus took me around for a couple of viewings, and he was equally professional, personable, and really helpful in answering my many questions. Thanks both, appreciate the hard work.
