My experience was positive and Foxtons were professional in handling the viewings, the sales negotiation and finally the exchange/completion. My agent was Sofia Whiter who I highly recommend. I felt she was proactive and efficient, but not pushy. She supported both sides, despite changes to the buyers solicitors, enabling me to complete within just two days of my target completion date! Overall very professional service from Sofia and the team.
We worked with Foxtons Wimbledon to rent our house. It was a very positive experience. Having worked with another agency previously, who consistently managed to disappoint us, Foxtons were the complete opposite. They did exactly what they said they would. Rupert, who was our main point of contact, was precisely what we were looking for in someone to help us rent our home. He was efficient, low drama, with very clear and rapid communications (e.g., emails were typically answered within an hour). We found renting out a house is not an easy experience. With Rupert and Foxtons Wimbledon it was about as painless as it could be.
We would highly recommend Matt at Wimbledon branch for first time buyers. Matt was able to answer all the questions we had and showed very high level of professionalism. Superb attitude, care and communication. Everything was done on time, we are mega happy with our new home!
