As we approached exchange and completion, Alice was helpful and efficient in helping to bring things together. Great service!
It's always difficult to choose an Estate Agent to sell your home, but we are so happy that we choose Dexters in Tooting. Gaz immediately impressed us when we met, and we loved the way that when we visited the office he introduced all the staff to us saying they were the engine and the glue. The sale was not always straightforward but the communication and attention to detail was always good. Thanks to Esta and Alice for all their help. My boyfriend and I had a very positive experience with Dexters when finding our first home to rent together. A special mention to Annie and Emmanuel who made the process so easy for us. Annie and Emmanuel were so welcoming, giving us a lovely tour of the property and answering all the questions we had. When we decided to make an offer, they met with us shortly after and helped us with our application. Once our offer was accepted, they assured us that all of the paperwork (including references, deposit etc) would take less than a week to complete - and it did! They were efficient and proactive throughout the process, helping us through every step of the way. We are so grateful for everything they have done. Thank you ????
A massive thank-you to the Tooting Dexters team who were fantastic during the sale of my property. Having failed to sell with another estate agent I met with Richard who was professional and confident in his team; I signed on with the Dexters team during their new branch 0% commission programme. Big thanks to Margaux, Alice & Aidan for all of their hard work doing my viewings and securing me an offer! Also big thanks to Esta for all of her support throughout the process, often telling me more about where things were at than my own solicitor! I was fortunate to exchange in time to benefit from the commission saving which was fantastic but at the same time did put pressure on to go chain free which came with its own stresses. The saving was worth it though as I am now finally in my new property!
We purchased our house through Dexters Tooting and we were really impressed with them from start to finish. We had been looking for a while and they were great at keeping us updated with potential properties coming on. Gaz and Esta were both really helpful, straight-talking and worked hard to keep the sale moving and push things through. We weren’t selling our property through them but any fears we might have had that we would be treated differently because of that were unfounded. Everyone we came across at the branch was really helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.
