I engaged 3 agencies to market my property. One was defeatist and low in estimate, one was flashy with a pitch full of corporate lets/sales, and then there was Ellisons. From our valuation meeting with Aidan, we were inspired by his professionalism and managed confidence, so they were the natural choice. Two viewings later we had an offer for full asking price (from the first viewers!). Don't get me wrong, we put a lot of effort in presenting our place properly for sale, but this was still a great outcome. Really goes to show they are the local experts and have a gift for placing the right people with the right property. From that point on the whole team were great at ensuring that the sale stayed on track, especially in challenging economic times. I decided to use Ellison's for a recent property sale based on recommendation, reviews and gut instinct and I wasn't disappointed. Right from the start their professionalism, experience and knowledge of the area and the current market shone through, quickly building my trust and confidence in their abilities. I was more than happy to let them "get on with it" and was proved right as the property sold at it's first viewing weekend !!! Alongside this they were very friendly and approachable, always on top of everything, making the whole process completely stress free and almost enjoyable !!!
