I booked appointment via the website specific asking for waxing and tint as this option wasn’t available on the website. I came to the salon and both ladies behind the reception and the lady who supposed to do my eyebrows didn’t have a clue about my request. Also really unhappy with service as lady was super quick and when I notice my eyebrow are uneven I asked for a little bit more colour and time to be sure my gaps are covered so she applied more and gave me cotton saying that she is done I have to remove myself… salon was empty and no one was waiting to be serve… when I went to pay their charge me more than last time for the same service ( 3 weeks ago ) I asked nicely why I have been charged more than last time in that short period of time she said that price went up in March… and when I ask for stamp on My loyalty card she gave me statement saying I didn’t spend enough money to receive it… such a shame as I used that place before and I was so happy but after today I won’t come back…
My wax was the quickest I have had! I was in and out in 15 minutes! Very nice lady and very professional. Kept checking I was ok throughout and I felt super comfortable! Mani/pedi was really good as well! Happy that I could get everything done in one place ????
Neda did my eyebrows amazingly today, will definitely be asking for her next time! She took the time to understand what I wanted and checked in regularly to check I was happy with the look. Managed to achieve a thick natural but tidied look (a hard one to crack!)
