I used the Groupon voucher for a £19 wash, cut and blow-dry (not a proper blow-dry, just rough despite never stating this. A full one will cost you an extra £10). Absolutely appalling haircut. It took 10 minutes to cut my very very thick hair. She hacked at it with scissors and never once checked whether it was even (see photo!). There were inches of hair hanging down from the length. She persisted to ask me several times to give her a 5 star review before I left. I sent photos back afterwards and asked for a refund but was denied one.I spent £30 getting it sorted out at a proper hairdresser who said she had never seen such a terrible cut. Avoid for haircuts at all cost.
I had a booking for my mum, my sister and for myself. Everything was perfect, the girls had started on time, they were very professional and kind. The salon was really clean and of good quality. The make up was just outstanding and the hairstyling was amazingly perfect. The girls had done the makeup and hair based on what they thought would suit and they have a very good idea of what suits and what doesn't. I would highly recommend going to this salon, it is amazing!!
I went in for a cut, wash and blow, it was only £30 which is very cheap compared to other places. Excellent customer service. Love my new hairdo! Would go back and would recommend ????
I went in today and had my hair cut by Aisha. She was VERY professional in advising me according to my hairtype. Extremely private area and not crowded salon at all. Fun and great atmosphere. Most of all, Aisha knows what she does and you can tell she loves making you look beautiful and she strives to make you feel great. She takes her time at crafting your look and I was so impressed. Definitely coming back. Thank you Aisha!
Used the groupon £19 for wash, cut blowdry On arrival- told it was not a proper blow dry (just a rough one)- not great start This lady has no training at all in hair dressing- did not know what layers or feathers were- insisted on putting feathers in my hair when I asked for medium length layers. No concept of attention to detail- rough and messy cutting Rude and unprofessional- excusing her lack of skill on the fact my hair is thin. My regular hair dresser has no problem with doing whatever style I want despite my hair being thing as she is a TRAINED hairdresser Having to tie my hair back (which I cant really despite also saying this was important to me) until it grows back for me to get someone else to tidy it.
